Baustelle & Aussicht: Seit 2026 gibt es eine Baustelle direkt vor dem Haus. Die freie Parkfläche ist weggefallen (es gibt nur noch wenige limitierte Plätze in den Reihen dahinter) und die Aussicht wird massiv verbaut – der Meerblick wird in naher Zukunft leider komplett verschwinden. Lärm: Die Baustelle sorgt für Lärm am Morgen. Zudem war es nachts durch die umliegende Bar und die Straße oft sehr laut. Mein Rat: Packt euch unbedingt Oropax ein!

The apartment was what we anticipated as we know the location very well. The apartment is excellent for a couple and no complaints.

Anyone not aware of the location may be disappointed by proximity and noise from the construction site close by. Also noise from the pub opposite and restaurant below may not be to everyone's taste. We put up with this having full knowledge of the surroundings. We fully enjoyed our stay.

My husband and I enjoyed our 3 night stay at the cute and cozy ocean breeze condo. The condo was well equipped for when we stayed in and cooked, and also well situated with many nice restaurant options within walking distance for when we ate out. Gina also provides beach towels, chairs and an umbrella if needed for your beach days! One unexpected thing we really enjoyed was that the restaurants below had live performers some of the evenings during our stay, so we enjoyed listening to the music while sipping wine on the balcony! The bed is king-sized and the pillows were comfortable. There was plenty of free street parking / a parking lot available across the street. The condo is just a short stroll to the beach. We would love to come back if we visit the Algarves again!

Ubicación perfecta. Apartamento tal y como se ve en fotos. Amplio y perfecto para 4 personas. Muy limpio y con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días en la zona. Camas cómodas. Facilita hamacas y sombrilla que se agradece un montón. Gracias a Gina y Jonh que facilitan tanto el check in como instrucciones perfectamente detalladas. Recomendable 100%

Appartement très propre et fonctionnel, avec tous les équipements nécessaires. Proche de la plage, transat et parasol à disposition. Indications utiles des propriétaires, super séjour.

Bruyant le soir jusqu'à minuit avec des concerts dans les restaurants au pied de l'immeuble (1 soir sur 2 lors de notre passage).

Fantastic location, fabulous view Maybe if you dont enjoy the party noise it is busy till past midnight
