ESIt was a great little house with a big kitchen (important for us as we like to cook). There were a lot of rooms. The laundry was easy to use. It was close to Hope College (we were there for a graduation). Communication was very easy
We had read about the steep stairs but the picture did not look like they were so steep but there is a turn in the stairs and the second part is very steep. It was OK for us. We were 8 people in the house, but for people who like to eat in like we do, it may be helpful to know that the dining table only sits 4.
USWe had a great stay. The house was cozy and an easy drive to downtown! The property manager was friendly and helpful. Having a downstairs bedroom was great for part of our group. The steps are pretty steep for anyone using the upstairs- there is a caution sign posted about them.
Steep stairs and outside stink.....Althougt it was chilly so we didn't spend anytime outside.

USGreat location (an easy walk to downtown), homey & down-to-earth accommodations. Quiet, lovely neighborhood. Not fancy, but spotless with all of the basic essentials needed to enjoy a weekend in Holland and the Lake Michigan beaches. Host communication was responsive and great about making sure we got settled in okay.
It wasn’t an issue for us, but being an older home, the stairs to the second level bedroom are rather steep if you’re someone who this may be difficult for.
