The location of the property

The owner and his cleaner / maid are full of racism. We asked to use the pool on Tuesday and the maid told us she will have t ready . I asked the owner on Thursday if my kids can come and swim and he said he will talk to him maid to have it ready for us . She never came to let me know and I had to to go her and ask her and she said yes the pool is ready even though it was covered . I went to fetch my kids from my mothers house . On arrival I went to her as I saw the pool was still covered . She said the pool has chemicals and she will go and check if it is safe to use . She went and never came back with an answer again. She also said she will come and clean on Thursday and she never came and I went to ask her again and her response was she is still busy but will come and clean . On Friday I had to ask her for bin bags as my bins were making the apartment smell terribly . She never bothered to clean or even come and explain . My kids and I ended up not swimming in the pool as the story remained that the pool still had chemicals since Tuesday . I sent a message to the owner telling him how unhappy I am about the service I have received and he never responded till this day . This for me is a sign of racism because of how they treated us

Shower tap is wrong way. Needs to be on blue for warm water. Maybe just inform guests

The tile floors were beautiful, but maybe a mat would add a more cosy feeling, especially since its winter

We left roo early to have breakfast. Didn't have any.

The room smelled of smoke. No loose carpets on floor.
