MXVery nice place and staff. We arrive sooner than check in time, but they managed to have the room ready by that time. The building it's just a block from the train station and two or three blocks from streets full of restaurants and bars.

PHConveniently located Near to train station and to the town centre. The property is clean and bed was comfortable. The host Stefania is very accommodating and communicates well. Bed is very comfortable and has a small fridge, tea and coffee corner.

The only negative was wall was thin and unfortunately the other tenant snored like a hog and we didn't sleep till 03.00 when it stopped.

PTThe room was nice, as was the owner. I liked the cutesy decorations and everything was clean. It's also very close to the train station, so easy if you plan to go to Cinque Terre. The breakfast isn't at the apartment but instead at the cafe across the street, which is unusual but the food was nice.
I didn't realise this was a bedroom in a two-bedroom apartment, I thought it was more like a little inn. I guess it doesn't make much difference, but I did feel less safe in a two-bedroom apartment where I could hear that the other guest was a man as opposed to an inn where there would be more guests.

The check in time was restrictive meaning we had to access room via a key lock that we struggled to open but did so eventually.
MKThe location is 10/10, literally 3 minutes from the station and a few minutes from the street where all of the small restaurants are. The room is quiet as it is from the back of the building, not directly on the street. Stefania is amazing. She suggested a lot of places to eat and things to do. Very easy to communicate. We also had breakfast included in the cafe across the street, a true Italian experience! I recommend this place & would go back if I visit La Specia again.
