La ubicación cerca de la playa y de restaurantes y bares. La zona a su vez es tranquila para poder dormir.

El suelo de la habitación estaba sucio, las toallas tenían manchas y había pelos en el baño. Tuvimos que avisar para que la limpiaran. Llegamos por la tarde-noche y por el monzón estaba lloviendo mucho, el restaurante del hotel estaba cerrado y tuvimos que ir a otro hotel que estaba al lado a conseguir algo de comida y por la lluvia fuimos mojandonos porque el personal del hotel decía que no nos daban paraguas porque con el viento se iban a romper. No cuidan a los clientes! Al pedir un secador de pelo me dieron uno que no encajaba con el enchufe ni con mi adaptador, seguramente se lo había dejado alguien olvidado y me lo dieron sabiendo que no iba a poder usarlo. Al día siguiente ya no llovía pero la piscina estaba sucia y tardaron dos días en limpiarla así que tampoco pudimos usarla! Es una pena porque los Bungalows y la zona de la piscina es bonita pero está todo muy abandonado y sucio y hace que pierda mucha calidad.

We arrived during a cyclone, we were unable to get a taxi from the airport, the hotel staff were very helpful and were able to send their manager to pick us up at 3am. They stayed well connected with us. Location was good. Clean, large rooms, hot water! We were able to park our tuk tuk on-site.

Great pool, lovely spacious rooms and very pretty and well kept gardens. Really enjoyed our stay here.

Don't think this was the hotel's fault but we thought we had breakfast included and went to the restaurant that certainly appeared to be part of the hotel. We showed our room key and the lady gave us menus and took our order. Once we'd finished our very basic breakfast we were charged. The lady must have realised our mistake but said nothing. She said that this happens all the time so when we showed our room key she should have told us.

The spaciousness of the complex is nice, with lovely gardens between all the buildings. The pool is good, with a towel service. The restaurant staff are lovely. A short walk to the beach and local shops & restaurants. There is an amazing 5 star Ayurveda restaurant a few minutes by car.

The doors to gethe rooms need an upgrade - very scruffy and scratched and knocked about. The first room we went in had a kitchen but an enclosed, stuffy, small, dark bedroom - second room was much better.

We only stayed for a night We arrived around 7.30pm got a room , went out for a dinner and got back and found a cockroach in the room , that’s really put me off other than that they have beautiful gardens and friendly staff
