ININININProximity to the airport and train station. Location is in the middle of the CBD. The property has an old world charm that is very endearing. Needs a lot of upkeep to bring it back to its original glory.
The finer details need to be looked into. Like the corners of the bathroom and the ceilings etc. The stench of cigarette smoke as you enter the room is absolute torture. The room service staff were a hit or miss. So were the reception. The girls at the reception were absolutely fantastic. Smiling all the time, which is what a customer/guest would like to see. Some of the other men thought they were very important because they wore a suit. Smile. Be happy to your customers.
