"Peaceful."

We did not actually sleep there, we just needed a place to relax for a few hours while waiting for our flight. We have used One Hotels quite a bit over the years and almost all have been of good quality. The receptionist arranged a taxi for us to the airport.

"Very dirty and old. Not close to airport."

Very friendly reception staff.

Location was in the middle of a construction site, still 25 minutes drive from the airport, even though it’s advertised as an airport hotel. It was FILTHY! Tonnes of hair, fake eyelashes, hair ties all over the bathroom. Only one towel, even though it was a room for two.

La ubicación cerca del aeropuerto y del evento por el cual asistí.

En la habitación no nos dieron agua, otrogaron solo una toalla a pesar de que eramos dos personas, el aire acondicionado de la habitación no funcionaba, al baño le hacía falta aseo. A pesar de ser un hotel de cadena tenía muchas fallas, el personal intentaba atendernos pero no tenía los recursos para remediar la situación
