Mountain house Potkovica

What a place!! We fell in love! It’s just magical, with a stunning design all over the place! We’ll surely be back as we highly recommend to everyone! It’s a high-altitude spa!! 👏👏👏

I was staying at Potkovica Mountain House with a group of friends. We all agreed that this was definately the best stay we ever experienced having in mind that we frequently travel around Serbia & Europe but never felt hospitality from hosts like this before and house that was as well equiped and clean as this one. You can feel that this house was built and maintained with love, as hosts were thinking about tiniest details. Location of house is perfect, yet private and with maginificent views, there are as well 2 lakes nearby Zaovine and Spajici, and the best restaurant in area all within walking distance. We were provided with 2 parking spots at the place as well SUP board and Kayak to use free of charge. I highly recommend this place to everybody who plans to explore Tara National Park lakes and surroundings.

Veoma lep smeštaj! Sve je bilo čisto i uredno. Vlasnica je jako ljubazna – ostavila nam je voće, čaj, kafu i kolačiće. Pogled sa terase je prelep. Do jezera, gde može da se pliva, vozi SUP ili čamac, ima oko 8 minuta peške. Internet nije bio najbolji, ali to je normalno za ovo mesto – uživali smo u prirodi. Sjajno smo se odmorili i volela bih da opet dođemo. Hvala puno!

Very hospitable host, several comfy beds, great terrace with a view, rostilj, fresh air and blossoming meadow just by the house, good shower, quiet and peaceful surroundings

We spent absolutely amazing time in this house! It has everything you need and the design is very nice. The grill place outside is good and has all the necessary things (wood, coals, etc.). The territory outside is stunning, you can hike a bit up to the Zaovine lake or enjoy the forest and smaller lake downhill. The hosts are lovely and very helpful. We really enjoyed the stay.

Very warm and cozy house. The balcony offers a stunning view of the mountains and the lake. Special thanks to the owners who met us in the house. They were very friendly and hospitable. Welcome bonuses were left in the house for us: homemade rakia and fruits. The house is fully equipped, it has everything you need: a kitchen, coffee machine, barbecue area and a fireplace. Incredible comfort and hospitality.
