Villa Charme

It was in a quit area, very spacious and had everything we needed.

La villa est superbe : très grande, bien aménagée et parfaitement équipée. La piscine est spacieuse et très propre, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable.

Seul petit point à améliorer : à notre arrivée, la propreté intérieure n’était pas optimale (poubelles non vidées et sol pas impeccable). Mais dans l’ensemble, nous avons passé un excellent séjour et recommandons cette villa.

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Charme. Giuseppe was helpful in every way and made sure our stay was easy and comfortable (e.g. he made sure we had full replenishment of coffee capsules). The villa is clean and comfortable, with lots of space outside in the garden. The pool is absolutely a pleasure, the largest of all villas, and its cleaned every day by staff through a discrete separate access. The pool area has a private bar, replenishment by Giuseppe when needed, as well a separate Jacuzzi. Our kids loved the pool, definitely one of the highlights! The Villa comes with parking and is walking distance to the beach (5-10min) and town (10-15min). Giuseppe also prepared a dinner one evening to sample the local delicacies which was delicious! San Vito offers a private bus which departs approx every 45 min and takes 10 minutes to do the entire loop of the town. First stop is outside the villas, so we found it super convenient to go down to the beach and to town with small kids. As for the beach, we chose “Il Sabbione” lido, which is the closest to the Villa and also probably the best serviced. Beautiful sand and water, which is shallow for meters and which is perfect for families.

Location was awesome.

Lovely renovated location, perfect for two couples as two rooms and two bathrooms. Big garden area. Guiseppe and his father are super nice and always there for questions and help needed.
