Unkomplizierter Kontakt, sehr freundlicher Empfang trotz verspäteter Ankunft. Blitzsaubere Zimmer.

Sehr gute Lage als Zwischenübernachtung auf dem Weg in den Süden, in der Nähe der Autobahn und doch sehr ruhig. Super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, sehr freundliches Gastgeberpaar.

La gentilezza e l'accoglienza,un luogo bellissimo

Host and his wife super friendly. Adorable and super cute dog. Room was big and clean. Colorful towels. Good wifi. Good Breakfast sweet breakfast (packed sweets+homemade crostata, cappuccino and espresso), savory breakfast available on request (prosciutto crudo and parmigiano) . Few restaurants nearby (we went by car). Free Parking available.

The room was on the ground floor in front of the kitchen and the breakfast area. When we checked in there was strong fish smell from the kitchen into our room. I had to open every and each window to help the unpleasant smell go away. Mattress was old and not super comfortable. In the room there is a quite creepy baby cradle. I would suggest to add it only under guest request. Furniture is old but functional.

Big room, comfy bed, beautiful garden, ok for in transit. Good if you wish to experience " Maria- Theresa" style room although nightstand surfaces should have a plexiglas over a glued velvet! We just put paper over it.

It is out of mind confusing that the object is stated 24h reception but arriving is until 23h!?!?? We send mail, he answered but uncleared, we sent mail again asking to answer straight with " si - no" about arriving after 23h- the owner ignored mail. The owner doesn't speak English we don't speak Italian, we called Booking, they called the owner-he didn't answered. We booked the last minute, all 24h receptions hotels in 100km radius were over 200€ this the last day, was driving very fast to arrive as soon as possible. We arrived before midnight, everything turned OK but I wouldn't choose this stress again. The owner is a very nice guy but I would say in his 70+ so, of course, he isn't all into modern gadgets.
