Nothing

There was no access to any pools, despite them being heavily pictured on the website, and we were not informed that they would be closed. The rooms were dirty, with stains on the walls and yellow stains on pillow cases. We have tried to get our money back but Ululani are unresponsive, and Booking.com have also not been able to contact them. It was also really far away from anywhere in Uluwatu. You have Dreamland beach (which is hard to get to) but that’s it.
