Very clean, very modern looking room and nice shower.

Confusion about pick up location and we had to wait. People at reception wanted to help but lacked customer service and support skills(they require proper communication training). The manager not very supportive and quite argumentative. Confusion about breakfast— as we had an early flight, they wanted to charge 12 dollars each although the breakfast was included. Confusion about taxi service —we have been told that was included, but at the end they wanted us to pay.

Room is new, clean, spacious, with great facilities, lovely breakfast and super friendly staff! Defenitley recommended for a short stay in Hullumale.

Just a bit out of the centre , about 15 min walk from the main beach area.

The hotel staff was exceptionally friendly and always ready to help, making my stay even more enjoyable. Especially Rajib at the front desk and Nayem in the restaurant.
