"I booked for a suite and they put me in a normal room. The reception was not aware of my booking."

The reception. They don't assist as is normally expected. After checking the room I had to approach the reception again to relocate to a suite. No one came or offered help to shift my luggage.

"Superb"

Close to the refinery. Room's very clean and big. Good value with nice breakfast. A bit crowd at the time of arriving as it's in a middle of big turn around campaign.

"Nice hotel apart from AC issue"

AC didn’t work. Arrived at midnight & had 2 technicians in the room until 2.30am & still didn’t fix the AC

No one spoke to me about the issue afterwards
