I was awaken shortly after midnight to a family that claimed that I was in their room. We looked at our booking confirmation forms and it was apparent that the room was double booked. Because they had a family with two small children i gave up the room and walked to the airport where I spent the night. The owner contacted me by email at 1:30 am and claimed that there was a error in the booking.com system and that it double booked us and that they had an alternative room for me. I told them that i had already walked to the airport and would not require the room but requested my money back. The owner has not refunded my money. I am contacting Booking and my credit card to get the charges reversed. Do not book with these sleezy owners.

Staff were good at communicating and answering questions and accomodating needs:)

La cocina compartida tiene lo necesario.

No hay una amabilidad con las personas en la llegada, no hubo respuesta a un requerimiento de que llegamos antes y al estar con niños si nos permitían entrar quizás podían refrescarse, olor a humedad.
