Uwak Gallery

We had a great 3 days and 2 nights stay at Uwak Gallery in Zambales. The location is very convenient—malapit lang sa mga kainan, so it was easy to find places to eat anytime. One thing we really appreciated was how clean the place is. The restrooms and camping grounds were consistently well-maintained, and having five (5) bathrooms available made everything more accessible and convenient for guests. I also felt safe throughout, especially with their dogs around—it gave an extra sense of security. Our tent was spacious and nicely located under trees, so it felt relaxing and close to nature. It does get a bit warm inside the tent from around 9 AM to 4 PM, but after 5 PM, the temperature becomes cooler and much more comfortable. They also provide helpful essentials like an electric fan, two pillows, a blanket, and an extension cord, which made the stay more convenient. Can’t complain about their WiFi—solid! Lalo na for those working remotely or doing WFH, it’s reliable enough to stay connected. Overall, it was a pleasant and worthwhile experience. Would definitely recommend for a chill, nature-style getaway.

While we had a pleasant stay overall, there are a few areas that could be improved. Personally, I didn’t quite feel the warmth in terms of hospitality—parang kulang sa simple greetings or welcoming interaction. Smoking is also allowed within the area, and especially at night, noticeable yung amoy ng sigarilyo. While it’s part of their policy and guests are permitted to smoke, it might not be ideal for everyone. There were also instances where some guests were still quite noisy even past 10 PM, which affected the overall peaceful vibe. In terms of facilities, medyo limited yung space for hanging wet clothes or towels. It would also help if there were more lights installed around the tent areas, including the bridge, for better visibility and safety at night. Lastly, making the signages more visible and easier to spot would improve the overall guest experience.

It’s is very calm

Leuke en gezellige plek in het dorp. Wij sliepen in een tent. Deze had genoeg plek en had een kleine ventilator erin. Er was een gezellige plek om te zitten met een keuken waar je kon koken. De host was erg gezellig. Hij had goede tips voor de omgeving en is zeer behulpzaam. Hij heeft ons geholpen met hout verzamelen voor de vuurkorf en ons weggebracht terug naar het busstation! Lieve honden en katten, geen problemen mee gehad! Erg gezellig rustige en relaxte plek!

Amazing property. Great camping experience, they helped setup a beautiful tent and they were so kind. Highly recommend if you are looking for budget option in Liwliwa. They even gave us power and a fan in the tent. The property is beautiful with dogs ane cats everywhere. Amazing food and coffee at the entrance as well. Cannot recommend enough!!!
