FISEone of the rooms wasn’t cleaned so we had to wait. and even tho we waited, we still got the wrong room and to get the right room we had to wait an hour which we didn’t have. one of the bathroom doors didn’t have a lock, which i feel like they need to inform about before people check in. the other room had a leak in the shower so it was a mess after only one shower. also the rooms didn’t have everything that was on the list.
