The bed was broken

- location close to bus station - easy accesibile to city centre - self check-in with lock box - perfect communication with the host through booking messages with quickly answers - comfortable and spacious room in a quiet area - mini markets in 20 meters and a delicious bakery with fresh and hot products in 50 meters (perfect for breakfast) - well equiped apartment with kitchen, fridge, washing machine, microwave, LCD, sofa

- mattress too soft (that made your body go deep inside it) making the sleeping a bit uncomfortable and bed too thin that creaks while moving

Cleaning and comfort were okay

The ventilation system was very bad. If you stay for a long time, you get a bad smell every time you go in and out of the room.

The only toilet in the flat was not working! there was a signal at the bathroom, like "Just throw toilet paper in the toiles, no wipes because it is mechanical and if it stop working you will get a 100 EUR fine" So I arrived on Thursday night, and on Friday I advised that it was not working properly just to don't get a fine, also a cover from the heater felt down on the floor, so I sent an email, and I go a reply that they didn't receive the images, then on Friday night it was not working at all, so I just forward the email again, and I didn't receive a reply so on Saturday I chat with the owner and they said they never received an email so if I can send again the email to the same address I sent it before, I felt played you know? I sent the email again to all the addresses they suggested and just at 11pm they said they could not help at this time because it was too late, I had to leave next day at 10am and the toilet never worked.
