Brand new building, well furnished apartment, new furniture. Very pleasant owner, minimal interactions, all explanations provided via messages. It's a short walk from the downtown, but a bit further from beaches.

Very hard to park, even for a luggage drop. Very unpleasant smell from the bathroom sinks. Like the construction pluming issue that's not stopping reverse air flow from the drains. Also, cleaning could improve...
