"Good location and quality, bad service by staff"

Good: - Location - Cleanliness and general quality

- Poor response by their team in messages. We were also told that just because we hadn't arrived by exactly 12pm our room will be given to someone else. This is a very scary to hear. Luckily they hadn't given it away by the time we checked in (which was just 2 hours after check in had opened). - NO TOWELS given on the first day. Lazy excuses by the staff, this is unacceptable for a hotel charging close to 2k for a night to not provide towels. Additionally we were just given 1 small bar of soap for washing hands, and nothing for taking a bath. They told us that no one provides this. These are really tiny things, but the behaviour and response from the staff really leaves a bad taste and feeling towards the hotel. Would not stay here again. Hopefully they change the behaviour.
