Such a peaceful area. We loved the courtyard area.

My favourotes was the epic little Boston Terrier. So sweet.

We liked the location and the accommodation was nice. Decor was lovely and it was clean. We arrived an hour early at 2 p m instead of between 3 and 4 as we arranged. I phoned our host and he was just leaving to go on a 2 hr boat trip where he would return at 4 p m. He said he would send someone at 3 p m to open up for us and we sat around outside waiting but no one came. He had assured me he would be back at 4 p m but by 4.30 he wasn't so I phoned him only to b told he would be another 20 / 25 mins and he asked me if that was OK. To which I said "No it would not because he said he was sending someone to open but we were still waiting outside in the street" He apologized and arrived 7 mins later. Then we had to wait in the courtyard while his mom made our bed.......! Now my question is " if you know your guests are arriving BETWEEN 3 and 4 p m do you go on a 2 hrs boat trip at 2 p m? .....and not even make up the bed before leaving"

The hosts timing and lack of consideration to us. Scott going out and not arranging for someone to be there for our arrival time. Waiting in the car in for 2 1/2 hrs
