"Exceptional"

The location is great, it's very close to the center but not too close. The house is very large, with lots of fans and the kitchen was well stocked. Nice back patio.

We had use of the washing machine, but unfortunately if anyone else wants to use it they also have to come through your apartment. But it wasn't a problem.. the house is old and needs a little bit of repair, but it was very clean so it was definitely not a problem.

"Well located but poorly maintained"

Well located, quiet, safe area. Decent room size. Fair price

Not well maintained - paint drips everywhere, mold in bathroom, bedroom window covered with brick patterned contact paper (no natural light), decorated in poor taste (peeling poster in bathroom, cheap trinkets on shelf), no a/c and fan without much power. Empty hand soap dispenser and provided with one roll of toilet paper for a five day stay (2 ppl), had to request additional rolls twice. Never received replacement liquid hand soap. Difficult to adjust water either scorching hot or freezing cold.
