Lovely good sized, old-fashioned property. With a tremendous location, some 75m from the beautiful Adriatic. Nice breakfast with fruit, croissant, cake and coffee, served outside on the sunny balcony by the super-friendly host, Giuseppe.

The surroundings and gardens perhaps need smartening up a little but that would, understandably, be a big job. More than adequate space for parking which is a big bonus as Polignano is only a short ten-minute walk where parking can be a nightmare.

Perfect for a group, separate apartments with common space for breakfast with sea view. Chilled vibe and caring hosts. Beach across the street, perfect distance from town (20 min walk) and port with a nice seafood restaurant (10 min walk).

We liked everything and hope to come back. Light sleepers may not like birds next door but we appreciated the rural vibe.

Very friendly owner Giuseppe! Large, clean studio just steps from the beaches. Private parking near apartment. Five minutes away is the beautiful Polignano with many restaurants and beautiful places! 100% recommend

great location to beach access and walking distance to the centre

there was no wifi available, we had an important overseas video call; also I asked for a second cup of coffee with breakfast and said no only one cup per guest. weird cause coffee is so cheap

Great terrace and sea view. We had apt. 1. Amazing host, superb staff. Breakfast lady and cleaning lady were super helpful and know a lot about the Polignano area. Great products available in the fridge for sale.

Maybe sofa bed could be more comfy. Master bed was great.
