Bamboo Apartment Jurmala

It has all the facilities our family needed. Other reviewers stated uncomfortable beds. There are three sofas - two single and one large double. They were absolutely fine for our short stay. Also other reviewers mentioned the trains which are passing nearby. Our kids were absolutely fascinated by that and ran to the window each time they passed. We were not disturbed by the noise as its minimal especially in winter with closed windows. Superb apartment for what we needed - a budget friendly, clean and homely short visit. Highly recommend

Cozy and home like apartment with all necessaries, I was very happy to find ironing board there too. 5 minutes walk from the beach which was not crowded at all, shops and few cafes are nearby too.

Beautiful and clean apartment in the heart of Jurmala, close to the beach, shops, restaurants and the train stations. We parked our car right in front of the house without any problems. Very nice hostess who gave us lots of interesting information.

There is nothing to complain about.

The host was friendly, the location was good for the price. There was everything you needed available in the house.

We didn’t expect that there are no beds in this studio. There are 3 sofas which are very uncomfortable to sleep on. We spent 2 days in a hotel in Riga to get some good night rest. If the host could improve beds it would be a much better place to stay at.

Perfect location! 30 metres to the river where you can swim, a 5-10 minute walking distance to the nearest Dubulti beach that has all the necessary free conviniences, a short walking distance to the supermarket, the confectionery, the fish shop (where you can buy delicious ready-made fish), different cafes and restaurants on the beach and near it. It's a nice quiet place within easy reach of the station. Due to this we could easily explore the surrounding places and get quickly to Riga, Majori, Dzintari, Bulduri and other places . We were afraid that it would be noisy. But our fears were vain! The sounds of some passing trains were distant and calming down, not disturbing and not irritating. The apartment was comfortable, cozy, and quite clean. The beds were also very comfortable with perfectly clean and fresh bed linen and towels.

It would be great if there were seperate keys for every guest.
