Precious Paradise Ushaka

It's close to Ushaka marine world.

1.On arrival the staff wasn't welcoming at all. 2. The room I was in had close to no water at the shower, it came out very slow & took about 20 minutes for water to be hot. 3. The air-conditioning wasn't working. 4. Noise by other male guest until midnight and also in the morning from 5:30 5. Nobody explained to me anything, they didn't tell me about the shower and Aircon problem, they didn't tell me about where to go or to do if I needed to iron or anything. 6. They no longer offer breakfast but I wasn't told. 7. I barely slept because of the noise and the light from the passage & the other room.

I liked the location,bed is comfortable and the room is well designed. The aircon works well.

The TV in my room was not working. Water pressure in shower is low. Other guests were noisy in the passage walking up and down banging doors. The was no chair in room,the only place to sit is at communal area at the bar.
