Great support when needed. I called my contact and she was there to assist. Wonderful cleaning staff. Friendly and helpful. I extended my stay. They bought me a brand new coffee pot.

Heating was an issue but is not their fault as the war in Ukraine has resulted in fixed energy consumption.
