Love the self-check in. The room is modern and everything is new.

The room has only a rubbish bin near the TV. Nowhere to throw rubbish in kitchen and toilet.

Location great.

Knock on the door between 9-9.30 from the house keeper if you need extra tea/coffee/toilet paper etc. it would be good if they have 2 blankets/donna instead of one.

The studio is small but cozy, and can fit two large sized luggages. Kitchen is fully equipped. The tv is huge with lots of NZ channels. Strong water pressure. Mattress is excellent for a good night rest.

It didn’t have a washer/dryer but it was unnecessary for a short stay.

It proximity to the lake and shops

Hazardous trip hazard door mat at front door, cramped interior, minimal kitchen utensils and drone surveillance overhead at our front door on arrival. Wouldn't stay any longer than 2 days
