Am stat timp de 5 nopți într-un apartament care are câteva avantaje importante, dar și numeroase aspecte negative care nu pot fi trecute cu vederea. Puncte forte: • Zona este sigură, iar locația este foarte convenabilă: stațiile de autobuz sunt aproape, la fel și supermarketurile. • Apartamentul are aer condiționat, ceea ce a fost util în zilele mai călduroase.

Puncte slabe: • Curățenia a lăsat mult de dorit. Când am ajuns, apartamentul era murdar, iar lenjeria din dormitor nu fusese schimbată. După ce am contactat gazda, a trimis o doamnă de la curățenie care a venit deranjată vizibil, explicând că lenjeria era “proaspăt spălată”, deși era plină de fire de păr și scame. • Configurația apartamentului este incomodă: persoana care dormea în sufragerie trebuia să treacă prin dormitor pentru a ajunge la baie. • Apartamentul pare să fie la subsol, iar seara era uneori foarte zgomotos, lucru care a afectat confortul. • Bucătăria nu prea este echipată corespunzător : există o plita electrică dar nu funcționa, nici spălător de vase nu era. • Pentru 3 persoane, 5 nopti, prosoapele au fost insuficiente. Per total, experiența a fost dezamăgitoare și consider că această cazare are nevoie de îmbunătățiri majore în ceea ce privește curățenia și facilitățile.

Our stay at Isabella House was absolutely wonderful! The place was cozy, well-maintained, and beautifully decorated, making us feel right at home. The location was convenient, and everything was perfectly arranged for a relaxing stay. The only small drawback was the absence of a washing machine, but this wasn’t a problem at all—the lovely cleaning lady kindly offered to assist us, which made everything so much easier. Her help was greatly appreciated and added a personal touch to our experience. Overall, Isabella House exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay

Absence washing machine, and a little damp in the room, the room doesn't get much natural light no windows with view outside

Everything was ok and the host was very helpful, I highly recommend🤗

We liked everything and we are particularly thankful for the early check-in without fees!

The only missing thing was a microwave, but it was not critical

Apartment clean and comfortable. Friendly staff.

Location a bit far from old Bari. Recommend putting a kettle in room, We had to boil a pot of water to make a cup of tea.Some glasses would be good. Also instructions on how to work coffee maker would be helpful.
