I have reserved this the same day of my arrival, they te rented out the room for someone else via phone or somehow and didnt took it away from booking. I have paid online and they didnt cancel my booking since that would make them a penalty or anything. After this they offered that I Can come to them and took money in cash for reservation i paid. THIS is totaly unprofessional and made mu stay in Osijek crazy and hastly. I had a luck and at the end they came to me to pay it out but this is unaccaptable !!!!
