Excellent location, only 2 minute walk from Split old town. Everything you could possibly want was in the apartment. Comfortable, cozy and peaceful considering we were so close to the old town. Key box outside kept the keys safe during the day, fully equipped kitchen area, fridge, spacious shower. A very impressive fully equipped apartment. You won’t need anything else.

No negatives, everything perfect.

Everything about this apartment was perfect for traveling alone! The location was exceptional - just a 5 min walk from the old Town and several amazing restaurants just a few steps from the front door. The place was very clean and comfortable and had everything you needed for a comfortable stay and to be able to make all of my meals in. I almost didn't want to leave because it felt so homey.

The apartment is compact but perfectly equipped with everything you need. The location is really excellent, There are some very nice restaurants on the adjoining streets and the old town is just a couple of minutes walk away. Our host was very helpful and easy to deal with. Would highly recommend this apartment.

The location is unbeatable. Near to the bus stop. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Fairly quiet (if you sleep with the windows closed). Good AC unit and bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen.

This property was in the most excellent location. €30 in an Uber and taken straight to door (almost). On the street itself (corner) where restaurants and a super markets (1 minute walk away). We visited Konoba Fratelli (Italian restaurant) which again was 3 minute walk away- expect queues but it was exceptional- 6 Italians were in the queue infront so that tells me it was a good Italian meal. The apartment is a 2/3 minute walk into the main hustle and bustle of the charming streets. Although close to everything, hardly heard any noise from others walking past at night- very private spot. Whilst there we visited other islands and towns on trips- walking to the other port side 10 minutes (if you want to catch a Ferry). We went to the water falls (booked on Air B&B called ‘Beautiful Krka-lunch-wine-transfer included’ £35 each and was a bargain. Lunch was our highlight- invited into a Croatia farm house tasting their home grown food and wine! A MUST! We also went island hopping again booking through Air B&B called ‘Blue cave, Mamma Mia and Hvar, five islands tour from Split’ hosted by Marija. This again was a MUST visited Blue caves, Vis Island (where Mama Mia was filmed), blue lagoon, snorkelling and swim spots. £80 each but worth it just for the speed boat ride. Again, meeting point for this trip in the ‘port’ 3 minute walk from apartment. The apartment itself was everything you need. Comfortable bed, warm shower, fresh towels at the end of a long adventure around split. This was one of the most CLEANEST properties I have ever stayed in. Air conditioning is great (unlike some other reviews implied) you need to click ON, turn it down to 16, then click turbo! - we even turned it off because the room itself was nice and cool being in a side street. I will 100% recommend this to all my family and friends who want to visit split and I would 100% book this when I return!

One small thing, an iron/steamer is needed in the room for clothes- if possible?

Great location, nicely decorated, quite silent space even if sometimes street was a bit noisy, nice touch to have some toiletries

Recommendations for parking, missing somewhere to dry clothes (like a clothes drying rack or something similar) and a coffee machine
