"quality of the acxomodation is not very good and should be improved"

quiet location, close to highway

many things nonfunctional or broken: toilet flush, shower holder; freezer was full of ice and unusable; not working bed lamps in bedroom; not prepared bed for 2 out of 4 people; dirty shower rug; yellow spots on sofa and pillows

"A confortable and functional apartment if you are in the area. Reccomended"

The apartment was perfect in all aspects. It works really well for a family of 3. It is in a quite residential complex and it has a great location for acces the South area of Milan.

Not much was negative. May be the owner/ manager could improve on the communication and assistance with check in. She was very kind to us, but busy with her work. It all worked out at the end.

"Good"

Impeccable cleanliness, good position (close to the highway), easy access

No coffee, no sugar, no salt, lights not working in the toilet, cooking platform not working, no soap. Difficult communication with the structure manager.
