Their staff is welcoming

1. Swimming pool wasn't cleaned 2. Using a backet to flush the toilet 3. Shower head were broken 4. Had to wait for the staff to wake up and switch on the geyser main switch then you can get hot water 5. No fridge in the room, no air conditioner 6. The place isn't welcoming

The views were okay, as specified on the photos

When checking in I was given more than 1 room to choose from, did not feel safe as the rooms were wide open and other guests on the property are capable of walking in and out of booked rooms before the guest arrives, there was no electricity the whole night and no source of fan or aircon, the shower head in the bathroom needs some tlc and the radiant was full of dust, there lacked toilet paper and the toilet seemed used...
