Absolutely nothing at all

The house was dirty, what we've seen online was completely different from what was inside the house it like they took pictures from different houses..we were very very DISAPPOINTED, when calling the owner the answer was why don’t we cancel the booking

noise whole night from other guests, room was leaking water on basin, no towels and after asking only one towel provided, cell number on gate and website not working

Sharing kitchen facility with people working in the guest house which also makes it most crowded, toilet facilities can't close also with no shower door; main door to rooms can't close; toilet seat cover loose; lighting is poor or bad; sharing fridge small to cater for people who residue there.
