Second time ag the porpwrty safe is always helpful

I loved the size of the room and the appearance of the room. Large refrigerator and microwave which I used. Loved the breakfast especially since I was able to get a made to order egg.

Had to wait at the front desk due to a police issue going on at check in on Sat. At checkout on Monday, I waited at the front desk for the clerk and just ended up leaving my keys and not seeing anyone. I had an appt and could not wait any longer. I left around 10:00 am.

I have stayed here at the on multiple occasions and they have always impressed me with there customer service. This is my go to when I'm in town for business!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️☆ Upon arrival, I was greeted very kindly and check-in was swift. I even had time to grab a nap before my event. The room was pristine, and the location was perfect — surrounded by shopping malls and plenty of dining options. I would definitely recommend this property! The only downside was that the walls are extremely thin, and I could hear everything from the adjoining rooms, right down to toilets flushing.

Great! Friendly front desk. I made a reservation on my phone and pulled in 5 mins later they had everything ready even my keys. Good breakfast selection. Fresh cooked eggs. Beautiful room that had everything. I didn’t need much for this stay but I will stay again when in town. Close to the hospital!

The good: Large rooms with kitchenette. Pet friendly but didn't see any. Modern facility. Excellent breakfast. Friendly staff. The bad: overcharged my credit card, room not clean that good with hairs on bedsheets, towels and in shower, dust on floor and not vacuumed around beds. Definitely a minority here. Area is a bit sketchy and didn't feel safe walking to my car at night in the parking lot as a caucasian women. Weird place to put a hotel.

This hotel was excellent from start to finish! The staff was welcoming and helpful, the location was perfect, and everything was spotless. The made-to-order breakfast was delicious and such a nice touch. Highly recommend — we’ll definitely stay here again!
