MYMYMYMYMYThe homeowner is a fast responding person. We did requested for a stand fan and one extension cord, he bought immediately and send to us. Thanks.
The facilities are not well managed. Air-cond in the master bedroom is not cool, kitchen is very dusty and the water filter is not functioning properly.
MY1. Very near to Farley Supermarket, Sing Kwong Supermarket (5-10 mins away) 2. Also near to Sibujaya via the new bypass road (around 15 - 20 mins away) 3. Quiet neighbourhood, very calm 4. Owner provides a lot of plastic bags for waste, very convenient 5. Spacious home
1. Jalan Salim is the hotspot for traffic jams. Avoid going out during peak hours like 4 - 6pm 2. You have to drive to eat out, no shops nearby within a walking distance 3. Can invest in a cheap water filter
MYMYThe location was great as it was near Sibu town and easy to reach via navigation app. Other than that, the room is spacious, and amenities provided was sufficient such as the towel and indoor slippers. But need better bath soap/gel in the bathroom.
The house is bloody dirty like it wasn't cleaned properly. The floors have that sticky feeling, the toilet was dirty and unpleasant to be in and the kitchen cleanliness is questionable. Need to focus on the cleanliness of the house.
