Accommodating, responsive staff, great location in the middle of everything. Very comfortable room, nice bed, well outfitted, private (didn’t see anyone else in the building the 3 days we were there).

Two things: (1) Weekend noise from the bar below. Friday until 1 am, Saturday until 2:30 am. Sunday night was quiet. (2) This is not a hotel; I booked because I thought we could keep luggage at the desk after checkout (otherwise we would have rented an apartment with kitchen). But we had to check out at 10:30 am, walk the luggage several blocks, and leave it, being charged if we didn’t pick it up by 12 noon. (There is a paid luggage storage just around the corner.)

Friendly staff and lovely, clean property. We unfortunately only had a 2 night stay, wishing we had more. Great location to shops and tourists spots.

Location

The property is in a brilliant location, right in the heart of Verona’s old city, so close to Piazza Bar and all the key attractions. The superior room we had was really spacious, clean and comfortable. Large bathroom and a really power hot shower. Just brilliant.
