The accommodation is excellent—the room is beautiful and comfortable. Everything is clean and tidy. The location is fantastic, just a few minutes from the city center. Highly recommended!

Hosts were both very friendly and Dario was very welcoming and communicated well via SMS’s.

The apartment has a great location, directly at the via Roma so access to all spots was fast and still the room was very quite, which was great! Compared to most italien apartments this one seemed to be newly renovated so that the balcony windows where quite sound proof. :) Also, Dario is really nice and was checking on us from time to time to see if everything is good. He also helped out as soon as we had some issues so super easy communication. Definitely recommend and would consider for next time again!

Great newly renovated apartment in Palermo center, in walking distance from everything. Communication with Dario was great, he even helped us find a parking spot closeby. The kitcken is shared with the other room, which was absolutely fine.

The apartment is in a great location, close to many restaurants, cafes, bars and plenty of shopping. The Old City and Harbour are within easy walking distance and many points of interest are close by. We found the apartment very spacious, new and clean, and well appointed. The kitchen has everything you could need and even a washing machine which was wonderful. Dario and his wife are fantastic hosts and willing to assist wherever they can. Thank for the wonderful stay, we truly loved our time in Palermo and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend highly a stay at Balarm Central Apartment.
