The view is superb and the unit is clean.

I would have given a 10 if basic supplies like bottled water were included. Only supplies for one day are included like one roll of toilet paper for a family of five staying two nights. One laundry detergent pod. We paid over 500 euros per night and the services are not worth the view. There are no TVs for late night watching and about 100 steps up and down daily not ideal for bringing luggage.

Amazing view, and cannot beat waking up to the beautiful coast. very clean and ample facilities.

like others have mentioned, the steps are a pain. going down to positano is easy a 25 minute walk downhill on steps and the bus is very unpredictable as it runs full almost all the time.

Description of location is EXTREMELY misleading: The casa is in the mountains and you need good legs to access it NOT 7 minutes walk from any beach and the city center, I cannot believe they’re wrote that in description MANY stairs to climb down to get to the city center (30 min) Alternative is a very unreliable and overcrowded city bus to get up and down the mountain Don’t try to use the bus if you have luggage, need to use expensive taxi Hard to find your way upon arrival… can’t rely on google maps
