Average location busy inner city streets have stayed in nearby locations before without the same problems.

Difficult to get into room or find someone to help. Not even complimentary tea or coffee in the room - room was hot and unable to cool down can't open windows as traffic noise.- didn't sleep well could not wait to leave in the end. Nervous of MULTIPLE electric vehicles charging in the basement - a known hazard in a confined space.

The bed was comfortable, and the shower was clean with good water pressure

Despite me making prior arrangements for parking in the building, this had not been arranged, and I had no idea which was the correct parking spot. I arrived at the time I had indicated but when I got to the room it was still dirty. Wet towels on the floor and the bed had been slept in and a dirty toilet. I had to ring twice and leave messages. Finally, I got a response and the offer of an upgrade, which was lovely. I got to the upgraded apartment. It was bigger, but I didn't need more space. The apartment was in a state of disrepair. Big chips out of the kitchen bench, worn, and dirty kitchen cabinet handles. A worn couch that you could see the inner springs and worn and chipped paint n the bathroom around the sink. It looked disgusting. The worst thing was that as I was traveling alone, there was no internal lock on the door or safety chain. I felt very unsafe and had to put a chair against the door as a precaution. I was not impressed at all. It was not value for money, even with the upgraded room.

Location and view of apartment was OK, as long as you do not have a car.

Some small details were missing such as no salt & Pepper or drinks. The top kitchen drawer had no cutlery section so everything just moved around and my side of the double bed had no table.

Love that pets are welcome here so convenient staff are always welcoming room was great

We struggled to find the apartment as it’s called Liberty Apartments Hotel. Not sure how it’s run but no sign to let us know it was Cosy P A. Finally found it and were given the key by someone who said he wasn’t involved with the management The apartment was suitably but the shower was damaged. The head didn’t fit the wall fixture and kept falling apart. Not easy to use. Parking was abit confusing too. Initially told it was only for small vehicles but no was told by staff that my SUV was okay but they had no booking left. Bit confusing . Probably won’t stay there again

The location was central and convenient. The contact I have with the owner or manager was fine - she was friendly and resolved issues.

The apartment is tired, needs freshening up and to be presented better - like the pictures with the cushion on the bed and no wash cloth sitting on a dining room chair as it was when I arrived.. It is central but there is a hum in the room at night from the building, maybe the lift shaft or the air con on the roof? Only 4 single serve milk capsules for 2 days and of course it is not serviced.
