First of all the apartment was booked in the name of Navila homes but they didn't give the same apartment. They have given the apartment which is in ramakrishna nagar which is far and away from the city. The apartment was not at all good both the bedroom fans were not working for the 3 days. Water filters in the room do not even clean the same. For a long time now. Pathetic service is a total waste of money. Do not agree with any other apartment if you get it from them. I recommend booking.com to remove this kind people in this website

Dimension of the house

A sudden cancellation of our booking. The alternative stay that was provided also had issue, again they had to change the stay. Switch boards were not working. Hot water was not available in one of the room. Toiletries were not available.
