The caretaker was very responsive. Keys were provided when payment was fully made on the first day. Caretaker took care of resolving issues on time. Maid cleaned the room once in 3 days.

The bathroom sink was losely attached to the wall and one face wash caused the sink to detatch from the wall. Bugs (cockroaches and ants) were everywhere. Dishes provided were not thoroughly washed.The water tank (sump) was empty on few occasions and there was no water in the bathrooms due to this. Looks like bed sheets were not washed since we could spot some stains on them.

Very well maintained house and located at prime location

Excellent facilities, friendly staff. Special mention for Mr. Suresh, who was very friendly and cooperative.

Rooms were not cleaned, Kitchen & utensils were not today Unavailability of Parking was not informed. Had to bear nuisance from residents. No AC.

Clean room. Good for 6 family members. 3 bet rooms and kitchen

Navillu Home was a pain.they changed my booking to some other property which is far from the city. I had booked for one 3 bhk and 1 one 1 BHK apartment for 11 people near 3 min from Mysore palace. They not only cancelled one 1 BHK apartment asked us to adjust in one 3 BHK also changed location to outskirts..we could not have dinner as there was nothing close by. Asked us extra money for extra bed and AC.i didn't pay but they troubled for it. No person is responsible for sorting your queries..they transfer calls to different people. It was a headache. Very poor and irresponsible management.
