AC was really good and the security guy was sooo helpful and nice definitely loved it

Customer service was pathetic the lady at the reception was acting all privileged and room was soooo not clean! Sheets were old and not washed properly. Even if the price is doable the cleanliness was pathetic

Other than the location ie. proximity to Station nothing else was good

The rooms are very very small with no windows at all. Felt like I was in jail. Reminded me of my hostel room except that my hostel room had windows. I have shared a picture & video for people to understand what I mean. It was suffocating with no sense of time sitting inside the room. Breakfast is available only after 8am which is omelette & bread. We didn't even have that coz their cook was on leave. And if you want idli/medu vada with chutney you have to wait till 9.30am and nor before that. So if you have to reach somewhere by 10am like we had a doctors appointment we were left with no choice. The days we stayed room phone was not working so everytime we needed something we had to come down to reception to ask for it. So overall my experience was not at all good. The room shown in the picture by the property owner is just 1 room of its kind available in that hotel which was already given to someone else. Rest all rooms are like 3x3 meters with no windows room.

Excellent location, at 100m from a metro station and the beach is next station on same line. There also 2 good restaurants very close in same street. The rooms are very clean and they have a window.
