New building, everything is new and nice. Nice balcony.

It was not very clean: the floors had dust and outside balcony table have not seen a wipe in weeks. We booked for 3 people and for the 3rd bedding was without covers (however once we wrote to owner we got it quickly). The parking space which was allocated to us was taken by someone else. Roof leisure area always taken and small, did not had opportunity to use it. The worst thing is the stairs - they are very narrow and steep and where it turns i am sure is not according to standarts. If they would at least put railing on the wall - but it is not. Very difficult to use especially for older people, my mum was very afraid to use stairs.

Labai jaukus butukas. Viskas ko reikia yra, netgi parkavimo vieta priklauso prie buto uždarame kieme. Mūsų butas su terasa į parkavimo aikštele, mums buvo ne problema tačiau kiti kas mėgsta daugiau privatumo geriau imti su balkonu antrame aukšte.

Jaukūs, švarūs numeriai, yra visko ko gali prireikti virtuvėje.

Statūs laiptai, mažų vaikų negali paleisti vienų lipti, reikėtų informacijos renkantis, kad terasa naudojasi visi namo gyventojai.
