Il posto è in un quartiere popolare, la struttura esternamente non è curatissimo, mentre l interno è nuovo molto bello, letti comodi e tutto pulitissimo. Il gestore è gentile e disponibile

But really bad service! The man hustled us so much money. He ordered pizza for us and charged us €75 and he bought also for himself. We arrived late at night and the room wasn’t ready for us. We waited till 12 am after a long day. I asked him if it’s posible to chek a taxi for us and he just acted like he didn’t understand anything that we said. HE DIDNT WANT TO SPEAK INGLISH WITH US!!! So the communication was horrible! Also he cleaned the room when we arrived and the next day i saw BLOOD on our bed, and not from us! He wanted to charged us €48 for taxes & tourists and on the booking app it said €32. He wanted to charged us €140 for a kid of 5 year old and i told him from before that i could add the kid on the booking app so I messaged him. He ended charging us €70 for a KID and said so many things that we needed to pay When we needed to leave we asked him a day before how much it wil be so he can take us to the port he said €90. The next day he was 30 minutes late to pick us up and he charged us €120 without any reason! He is also a taxi and he didn’t even want to help us when we asked anything. Literally the worst experience ever at ravenna! He just wanted money from us

Wenig Küchenutensilien Unterkunft ist schwer zu finden. Vermieter muss extra herfahren und kann kein Englisch. Aber Dank chatgpt und WhatsApp war Kommunikation einwandfrei. Vermieter ist sehr freundlich

There wasnt much to like.

No air in the bedrooms. Expecting to look like photos. No hot water, had a cold shower.

Appartement propre et très spacieux, proche du centre ville Parking à proximité avec accès barrière Proche (20min) de Mirabilandia et du Safari

aria condizionata solo nel soggiorno, quartiere un po’ periferico, la passerella condominiale da fare tra il percheggio e la casa non molto pulita

There were bugs, dead and alive, in the apt. Once we cleaned that up and figured out how to open the windows so that we weren't in a dark dungeon, we then had to message and call at least 10 times before we were able to get a wifi password that worked for less than 2 hours. We also clearly had a party of five, was charged for 5, and didn't have beds made for all of us. Once at the apt, there's no real way to get anywhere. So you're pretty much stuck without a car. No taxis around.
