Altum Villare Apartments

Lägenheten invändigt var fin men allt som behövs i ett kök men uteplatsen var som en inhägnad hundrastgård. Huset var ganska slitet med övergivna eller oskötta lägenheter runt ikring av de skräpiga uteplatserna att döma. Vi övergav lägenheten efter ett dygn. Försökte få tillbaka en del av pengarna för veckan vi betalt för men förgäves.

Beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. Spacious, cool and comfortable.

OK so we arrived in the rain on an unusually grim day in Ravenna. However, after struggling to get a cab we took a bus to the nearest stop before walking into a residential housing estate with a deserted shopping precinct - to find that the apartment was in fact reached through a dilapidated car park and was above a shop! Once inside, (we waited for 15 mins - in the rain for someone to 'collect us' and show us to the apartment. No English spoken) the apartment was lovely, but missing some basics. No kettle, no microwave, no coffee machine. We asked about a supermarket and was told Lidl was 'across the road'. In fact it was a about a 25 minute walk, along a dual carriageway, with no footpath. We could find no instructions for the dishwasher, or the water heater, so had to call someone over (again no English) who eventually managed to make it clear to us that no-one had stayed for a long while and so water was cold and would take an hour or so to heat up.😒 Overall conclusion was, stay here if you're in a car and speak Italian. Do not stay here if you rely on English, and are without your own transport - disaster!

New flat in a safe area. Very (exceptionally) clean, large rooms, comfy living area, kitchen, washing machine, power shower, aircon, private parking, easy walking access to town, LIDL store nearby, and within ~2 mins walk can be found a pharmacy, fruit/vegetables/wine store and a small cafe - great for morning coffee, pastries and a few essentials!

Maybe one small detail- the shower is very powerful and plenty of hot water, but it is the "rain" type of shower head, fixed above the head (It's a quality head to be fair, and direction is adjustable). But still, I prefer the movable shower head on a flex hose, or a combination of both options. Also, perhaps a microwave would be handy in the kitchen, but would take up a lot of space, and the oven/grill/stove is just right for anything we needed. Best to eat out in Italy anyway! Overall small details that didn't detract from our stay.

War geschmackvoll eingerichtet, Betten waren sehr gut und es war bis auf die Terrasse sauber. Kontakt war eigentlich gut und pünktlich wie besprochen.

Spülmaschine und Dunstabzug ohne Funktion Steckdose in der Küche war lose und nicht in der Wand fixiert, leider auch keine Reaktion des Vermieters der sich drum kümmern wollte
