Wonderful apartments. The apartments are very clean, very nicely furnished, every detail has been thought out. It was very cozy, like at home. Very nice owner of the house, who greeted us with a big smile and an incredibly delicious homemade cake. It was very nice. We are very grateful and hope to come back.

All is great just would recommend to put touristic maps in apartment

It is a nicely renovated old stone house with all modern requirements. Very clean, very comfy. The kitchen was equipped with basics such as oil, salt & pepper, sugar, coffee and fresh herbs from the garden. This was much appreciated, thank you.

Mosquitos. You couldn't do anything, all sprays creams, citronella burning etc that was provided, but unfortunetly did not work.

JUST PERFECT!

The house was perfect, exceptionally great. The photos really do not depict well enough how great it was. Very comfortable kitchen where we could comfortably cook everything. Plenty of dishes, wine glasses, pots and pans. Very comfortable bed, with A/C located in every room. A/C in the bedroom does not face the bed directly so it was possible to leave it running over night without getting a cold. There is also an A/C downstairs. Mosquito nets were present on every window. The location is perfect for visiting all cities too, very close to Pisa (25-30 mins) / Florence (~1 hour). Some beaches were very overcrowded, but nice free and the ones which we enjoyed the most are: pebble beach (https://maps.app.goo.gl/ZKziiumE4fBnLWaU6), tirrenia beach ( https://maps.app.goo.gl/fZaK1RyffGbt4sQF7). You can even quite comfortably reach Cinque Terre from here by the car. The terrace is very lovely, it's cool in the morning (until 9:00am) there and already cool in the evening for dinners. You have a great view from the terrace too, Toskana fields, everything is green, very pleasant). We have visited in the middle of July and were completely satisfied. It's very quiet, you have full privacy. There was also plenty of towels, you definitely won't need any additional ones. The bathroom is large and comfortable. Parking space is comfortable up until medium sized vehicles. We have had small Lancia and it was perfect for parking there. The owners are very welcoming and kind, they have shared tips for nice locations around.

Its in a beautiful quiet area away from crowded touristic places. There are water fountains around which people r coming to collect water from far away. The house is decorated in tuscany style, and very efficient. We were in four and felt very comfortable. The sofa bed was as good as a bed. The terrace was lovely and where we spent most of our time.

That we couldnt use the pool from the neighbor 😅

the property is great. tastefully decorated and with everything you need. Host is fantastic. Highly recommended
