We never stayed at this hotel as it was listed as all on ground floor and it was not. I am 84 and cannot climb stairs so we had to leave and get another hotel on Saturday night. Very difficult and expensive. Very upset and unhappy

Said on ground floor and was not. Manager did not help at all. Very upset
