Villa Meltem

We had such a wonderful time at Villa Meltem. It’s set up in the mountains above Kalkan town. The views from the pool and bedrooms were spectacular. Located only a 5 minute taxi journey from the centre, it has the perfect balance of privacy and convience. The bed in the master bedroom was extremely comfortable and the kitchen had all the appliances needed for a night in. Swimming pool was clean and refreshing and sun loungers comfortable. The team were also on hand for any questions we had and on a couple of occasions helped us with groceries and bookings. Overall we had a lovely time and will be sure to return.

Villa is perfect to go for holidays . Very cosy place with amazing view to the sea

Nice view, plenty of space. There were some issues in the beginning: missing shower head in one of the bathrooms, etc, the owner fixed them very quickly when we informed him.

The villa is not liveable when it rains, the water comes pouring down from the living door window and beneath the entrance door. Only the bedrooms were dry, luckily. We had all the available pots and pans collecting water and we used all available towels to try keep the floor dry without success . The rain was exceptionally heavy that night, and the owner said there was nothing to be done. That’s is true in a way. At that moment there was little to be done. We agreed on a reduction of price for our stay, but we never got it, though. Do not rent this house in the rainy season.

Шикарный вид, большая вилла и много места. Отлично для семьи или компании. До пляжа идти минут 20-30. Обратно в горку. Хороший бассейн и есть лежаки. Есть мангал.

Некоторым будет сложно подъехать к вилле на своей машине, но место под парковку есть. Хотелось бы чтобы уборка была немного лучше.

The views and the pool area were exceptional! And the balconies on the first floor were just amazing.

We had an elderly family member and the hill was too steep for them to get to the entrance of the property, I would not recommend for people with mobility issues. So steep, most taxi’s would not drive to the entrance unfortunately. The top floor is not safe for young children as the walls on the balcony are very very low. The house is dated, the bathrooms were run down and the cutlery and plates and cups etc could do with being replaced / updated. All functional and for us, it was all worth it for the views.

Mir hat an dieser villa gefallen das es eine außergewöhnlich schöne Aussicht hatte und die villa wie in der Beschreibung und den Bildern war Einen besonderen Dank geht auch an den kaan der keinen Wunsch übrig gelassen hat die villa befindet sich an einem hang man hat 2 Alternativen damit man mit Leichtigkeit kein hoch kommt entweder man fährt den hang rückwärts hoch oder man fährt von der Rückseite den Berg hinunter ich lese hier das sich viele schwer getan haben wobei es für mich eine Leichtigkeit war mit einem vito hoch zu kommen nächstes Jahr bin ich auf jeden Fall wieder dort

The villa has great views and we found the host Kaan to be extremely helpful during the whole stay. Kalkan is such a lovely place to visit I would say if you have any mobility issues then maybe the villa is not for you.

The host and accommodation were brilliant however we had a wheelchair user with us and the road leading to the villa was very steep. The host helped with this by arranging taxis to the villa but had some issues returning after meals etc as some of the taxis refused to drive up the slope

The view is spectacular. Kaan was great and very attentive. The bedrooms on the ground and first floor were great. First floor rooms having super balconies. All air conditioned too. The pool was a delight.

The top floor was only suitable for children at a push because of the massively reduced ceiling height. The hill is something else so we couldn’t get our car up it. The bathrooms decor was dated but was clean so not a big deal. The air conditioning in one room wasn’t working but it was fixed quickly.

Beautiful villa , myself and family loved it here , lovely location . Owners really nice people and very helpful , will definitely be coming back to this villa x
