The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The bed was comfortable. The location is so convenient for accessing Okunoin I visited there 3 times.

"Great backpacker option."

Very relaxed, intimate atmosphere, and a real good deal for Koya-san. Conveniently close to the eastern bus terminal and the path to Oku-no-in. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

Not much food to be had in the immediate area after 6pm.

Erst einmal ein Lob an den Gastgeber, obwohl es ein sehr kleines unscheinbares Haus ist, hat er es sehr clever mit handwerklichen Geschick umgesetzt. Mit viel Licht und Privatsphäre. Er spricht sehr gut Englisch und nimmt sich extra Zeit für den Check in um alles zu erklären mit einer selbst erstellten Karte vom Ort. Eine Bushaltestelle und ein großer Parkplatz ist gleich nebenan, man kann das Dorf gut fußläufig,erkunden. Restaurants gibt es in der Nähe.
