"Worst experience ever"

The staff in the reception was Rude towards children’s movement bcos of the outdoor area was very congested and room service big zero even no bed sheet no soap and bad bed cover with hole even fan speed can’t control with regulator. Room size is ok but no spacious cupboard Overall experience was very poor and not recommended. Only they will give preference for AC room customers and it’s so bad.
