- First off, the booking experience was very good. Nadia & Armando at Fassaliving.com were great to deal with, very communicative, and even went above and beyond by making dinner reservations for our group for 4 out of our 7-night stay. - The location: Cesa Pecedel is very conveniently located 100~ meters from Alba-Col Dei Rossi, one of the main Val Di Fassa gondolas. Unfortunately, google maps does not show the gondola but it takes you up directly from Funifor Alba-Col dei Rossi to Belvedere di Canazei, with the last Gondola down running until 5:20pm December to first week of April. - Apartment Bindi was clean, in fact, the smell of disinfectant was still fresh when we arrived.

- The size and comfort. The apartment is advertised for 7 adults, but the single bunk bed in the downstairs basement bedroom would not fit an adult comfortably. Like most online pics, they make the place look a lot more spacious than it actually is. The basement bedroom does not really get any natural light, and can get very cold, so it took us 1-2 nights to figure out that we could turn the thermostat up to heat the downstairs room, but turn down/off the individual radiators upstairs to stop the folks upstairs feeling like they're in a sauna at night.  - The furniture could do with an upgrade. The 2 couches in the living room had seen better days, and with the place advertised for 7, but only couch space for 3-4 people. The beds were rickety Ikea-type beds with thin, uncomfortable mattresses. In fact, the master bed had 2 single mattresses that separated in the middle, quite the buzzkill for a romantic vacation. - The showers were both cramped and with the master shower (over bath) having the shower head on a side wall, made showering and avoiding bumping into faucets etc, quite interesting.- The bathrooms both had plastic shelves which were cracked so could not hold any weight, like toilet bags, and more shelf space in the bathrooms is much needed. - Perhaps the most concerning was that the cleaning crew had left 1 roll of toilet paper (for a 7-night stay) and had completely forgotten to leave soap, shampoo, dishwasher soap etc. Thank goodness we travel with personal emergency supplies, but not emergency dishwasher soap, so had to improvise. The great location and helpful agency made up for things somewhat but when paying EUR300+ per night you would expect slightly better conditions and personal hygiene products.
